Thanks to the experience of its staff and the strong relationships built over the years with Formula 1 teams and lower-category teams, Pro Racing designs a development journey that helps drivers reach the highest levels toward professionalism.
Beyond contract negotiations and selecting the most suitable championships for a driver’s growth, Pro Racing also focuses on the technical development of its athletes especially in areas where teams may be limited by logistical or regulatory constraints. With a staff composed entirely of professional drivers who have competed at the highest levels of motorsport, including Formula 1, GT, Prototypes, Formula 2, IndyCar, and along with technical partnerships with elite motorsport facilities in simulation and athletic training, Pro Racing directly supports the technical and mental growth of drivers, complementing the work of teams throughout the championship.
Proracing wants to help , by raising awareness of the sacrifices made by the family and investors, but also giving them reference points, rules and goals.
This way, every year they will improve not only technically but also in maturity and self awareness.
